Reservation Policies

Our cottages are available
for rent from April 1 through October 31

The cottages are rented with a
one week minimum from Memorial Day weekend
to mid-October
-
Before Memorial Day and
after mid-October, we have a two night minimum
rental
requirement (except holiday weekends when there is a three-night minimum).

The maximum occupancy for
one bedroom cottages is 2 people (including children)

The maximum occupancy for
two bedroom cottages is 4 people (including children)

The maximum occupancy for
three bedroom cottages is 6 people (including children)

Pets are allowed (for an
additional charge and with prior approval) only during the periods before Memorial Day and after Labor Day.

A 50% deposit is required
to reserve a cottage. All balances are due upon arrival
and are payable by either cash, traveler's check or personal check.
(We do not accept credit cards)
Cancellation Policy
-
Reservations are considered
as commitments for the full period requested.
Deposits are viewed by Surfside Cottages as security against vacancies caused by
cancellations or date changes.
If you must cancel a reservation, your deposit will be refunded
(minus a 15% cancellation fee)
as soon as the cottage is re-rented and the next renter's
deposit is received.

departures. Try as we might, we cannot
guarantee weather.

Other Information
-
Each cottage is equipped
with: blankets, pillows, bedspreads, dishes, pots, pans,
cooking and eating utensils, coffee maker, toaster, stove,
refrigerator, microwave, charcoal barbecue
and outdoor picnic table. The cottages also have a telephone, fireplace,
gas heat and a screened porch.
There are no televisions or air conditioners.

Please remember that these
are housekeeping cottages (no maid service).
Each cottage should be left neat and clean for the next tenant.
